Regular user-training sessions, new systems release workshops, usergroup meetings and other technical or administrative meetings are held in Bilin's offices, conference centers, or training centers.
Client specific training sessions, database operations services, new release deployements, software test workshops, implementation consulting services and project meetings are preferrably held in clients' premises.
SERVICES OVER THE PHONE
Short user support requests that involves consulting support over simple software usage issues, new implemenations or support requests that need prompt responses can be met by our support specialists over our phone call services between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. for our service-contracted customers (including customers within warranty period).
SERVICES OVER INTERNET
All of our contracted customers have a user name and password to use our web based call management system where they can track their previous call history and open new call requests.
