    BILIN founders graduate from university with Computer Engineering degrees in 1981 and work as consultants and managers in international organizations.

    Zafer İnkaya becomes a co-founder of a software and hardware sales company in 1985.

    BILIN becomes ORACLE’s solution partner and HUMANIST starts supporting ORACLE databases in addition to MICROSOFT SQL.

    HUMANIST’s first FoxPro ISAPI services based web interface was developed and implemented for employee self-service applications.

    Many HR concepts like 'Competency Library', 'Corporate Strategic Goal Library' and 'HR Shared Services Center' start to spread out with HUMANIST implementations.

    HUMANIST Web Interface is migrated to MICROSOFT’s .NET environment and BILIN’s .NET development framework receives Veritest Certification.

    Companies with over 10,000 employees implementing HUMANIST become the frontiers of HR's growth in Turkey by spreading their HR operations over the whole organisation and running their web based HR workflow applications using HUMANIST systems that dynamically identifies supervisors and subordinates based on real-time organisation structure data.

    Many large companies in Banking, Auto Manufacturing, Food, Distribution, Construction and Health industries join the happy family of HUMANIST users.

    HUMANIST becomes the first Turkish integrated HR software implementing Balanced Scorecard approach in its goals based performance management module.

    Holdings and groups of companies such as Alarko Holding, Eczacıbaşı Group, Koç Holding, Tekfen Toros Group prefer to implement and benefit from the advantages of a single end-to-end HCM platform in all their subsidiaries and member companies.

    Bilin applies for and receives TUBITAK funds for the development of the new groundbreaking .NET framework.

    Bilin completes deploying all of the Windows based HUMANIST modules over the new framework.

    BİLİN keeps helping her current customers deploy new technology HUMANIST without disrupting their historical data.

    Bilin continues to work heavily on developing HUMANIST further to keep up with technological and business improvements both in IT and HCM fields with the esteemed support of her over 75 employees and respected customers.

    With the valuable consulting services support from international consulting companies like Gartner and well-known consultants in Turkish software industry, BILIN has completed her technology and business roadmaps for 2020 - 2025 and is continuing her efforts within the direction set by these roadmaps.
