This module contains common definitions that are used to design the organisational structure of a company. It is the main pillar of the system of records and reports the HR transactions of the organisation.

- Job Function, Job Title, Position Codes
- Cost /Responsibility Centres, Social Security Regions, Labour Unions running independent of the organisation structure

- Compensation system definitions are used to determine grades and job scores for each position defined in the organisation management module to determine salary levels and create salary analysis reports
Administrative Support Services
- Company Assets Follow-up - Organisation’s physical assets like cars, notebooks, phones, etc., loaned to employees for carrying out their jobs are defined and inventoried. The assets loan /return history can be tracked from hiring to termination
- Signature Authorisation Levels Management - Application in which Signature Authorisation Levels can be defined and the process of assigning, officially registering, updating and terminating employee signature authorisation levels can be followed up
