BILIN Consulting Services was setup with the intention to provide excellent quality support to our products. Thereby ensuring that our products match our customer’s specific requirements and help our customers get the outcomes they desire from our products.
Depending on a project phase, we provide the below consultancy as a part of this service:
Once the contract is signed, our trained and experienced consultants coordinate with our customer’s project team to ensure the project is implemented as per the agreed schedule. They plan the implementation phases and use BILIN’s best practice solutions gained with similar implementations to lead the implementation.
During the project implementation, our consultants analyse and document in detail our customers current organisational structure and existing HR processes. We discuss our findings, gaps and missing definitions with our customer’s project team. Once agreed, we assist with the implementation of definitions, data transfers and other services required to go live with the HUMANIST® application modules.
These services can be utilised by our customers before the first implementation or as an amendment / improvement to the current implementation.
BILIN consultants assist our customers to migrate historical data, regular data transfers to other systems (accounting, CRM, Identity management and Operations), design and integrate custom-built solutions into HUMANIST as per specific needs without changing the standard application architecture.
HUMANIST can be deployed to customer's systems or run on the platform operated by BILIN's contracted service providers depending on the agreed licensing model. Accordingly, we provide consultancy services for technical support such as server configuration, network setup, systems and database environment configuration, or secure remote access configuration.
