Administrative Services

HUMANIST® administrative modules assist HR teams to extend the coverage of core HR processes. Below are the administrative modules available:

• Employee Suggestions and Complaints Application - Employee suggestions or complaints can be collected over the HUMANIST portal and evaluated by the assigned HR team
• Rewards and Employee Discipline Application - Rewards given to or disciplinary actions imposed on employees and the transaction history can be recorded and reported using this application. For disciplinary actions, investigation process is also recorded as part of the employee registrar
• Employee Documents Follow-up Application - All the necessary legal compliance or company required documents from employee’s hire to termination processes can be recorded, and automatically checked for updates
• Mini Employee Engagement Survey - This module is used to publish spontaneous employee engagement survey on the HUMANIST® portal landing page.
