BILIN ACADEMY

BILIN Academy was formed within BILIN as an independent service unit with an aim to provide internal and external training services for both, our customers and employees.

BILIN ACADEMY’s main area of focus is:

  • To deliver trainings as part of our standard sales agreement
  • To conduct refresher trainings when our customer requests or when they want to train new employees on our existing products
  • To conduct trainings on HR practices which is open to the public
  • To conduct module specific training when an update is made to our products
  • Conduct internal trainings for BILIN employees

The Academy's internal training sessions also assure that our employees are always updated about our products and global developments in HR and HR related technology which in turn leads to a better implementation consulting service and successful implementation projects.
