Graduated from Robert College in 1977, M.E.T.U. Computer Engineering in 1981. Recevied his MBA Degree from M.E.T.U. Faculty of Management in 1985, PhD Degree from I.T.U Engineering Management in 2000 with the thesis of 'Organisation of HR Departments in Turkey'.
Worked in various assignments Regional Office Manager, IT Management Consultant and managing partner between 1978 - 1990 in various domestic and international companies. Founded BILIN in 1990.
He graduated from Tarhan College in 1989. After graduating from Yıldız Technical University Computer Programming Department in 1991 he received his license degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University in 1997. In 2001 he had his MBA from Yeditepe University on Organization Management and Human Resources.
He started to work for Bilin in 1991 as an intern. He started his career as software developer. From 1991 to 2012 he took responsibilities of system analyst, project manager and consultancy functions in various titles. In 2012 he was promoted as General Manager where he could reflect his know-how in technical and consultancy more effectively on determining and realizing the operational and strategic goals of the company.
He graduated from Marmara University, Department of Finance in 2002, and received a Master's Degree from Bahçeşehir University, Department of Business Administration in 2012. He has been CPA since 2017.
From 2004 to 2016, he worked as Specialist and Manager in Administrative Affairs departments of Beşiktaş Football Club and Eczacıbaşı-Baxter. He continued his career as Purchasing Manager in Doğan Online and The Ritz Carlton, İstanbul. As of 2016 he has been working as Director of Finance & Administration at Bilin.
She graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. After a long period of running her own business, she started work in BILIN Software as Human Resources professional in 2003 where she had extensive experience in HR quality assurance, process design and operational management.She left BİLİN in 2013 as Deputy General Manager – HR and joined ICC Human Resources Training and Consultancy Company as General Manager. After over 2 years of management, consulting and training experience, she returned back to BILIN as the founder and Director of Training Systems at BILIN ACADEMY. In addition to her activities as manager and trainer BİLİN Academy, E. Funda İnkaya Horoz also trains university students who are about to start their professional life. She also studied on the development of a Turkish Scale for The Perceived Person–Environment Fit Scale (PPEFS) in her Master's thesis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has been writing articles on Human Resources and business life on her blog page at www.fundainkaya.com since 2010.
He graduated from Çanakkale 18 Mart University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2005.
After working at Troas Software company between 2005 - 2007, he continued his career at BİLİN in 2008. Until 2021, he worked at BİLİN in Product Improvement, Customer Project Development, Software Development and Product Development departments, and was appointed to his current position in 2022.
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mining and Mineral Engineering in 2007, and in 2011, he graduated from Marmara University, Department of Actuarial Sciences.
He began his professional career in 2007 and worked in Specialist and Manager positions in various departments at PEO HR Consultancy, Assistt TT A.Ş, Ziylan Group, Ford Otosan, and Uyumsoft until 2023. He commenced his role at BİLİN in November 2023.
