In 2017/18, we initiated a joint IT/HR research study with Gartner. The main objective of this study was to understand how our products performed when compared against other HR products in the global HR technology market. Incorporating the research feedback in our products, culminated in us being the first Turkish HR technology provider to be included in the EMEA Region HR Technology providers report of Gartner.

The average lifecycle period of HR software around the globe is 7-8 years. HUMANIST®'s average lifecycle period is approximately 12 years. This volume speaks about the range and stability of our HUMANIST suite. It is also one of the main reasons our customers decide to continue to use our products.

Since its first version in 1992, HUMANIST has undergone 5 end-to-end technological transformations. The transformations incorporated the latest technology and security upgrades. This has not deterred our customers to continue using HUMANIST. Since our first implementation 1992, we have hundreds of customers who decide to migrate to HUMANIST database from other professional HR databases, Excel sheets, Access databases and other similar environments.
